Stripe, Square or PayPal — the payout lands with you

Pick the card processor you already use. MenuDock does not sit between you and the money. The card is charged on your own account, and we never see the funds.

Stripe or Square for cards

Pick the one you already use. Both handle cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on your own account, with your own payout schedule.

PayPal alongside

Add PayPal next to your card processor if customers ask for it. It runs in parallel with cards.

Discount codes

Percentage or fixed-amount coupons, with usage limits.

Refunds and disputes

One-tap refunds. Disputes show up in the admin so you do not miss them.

Pick your processor per location

Stripe and Square are both full card processors, and each location picks the one it already uses. So a multi-location chain can run Camden on Stripe and Soho on Square at the same time. Connecting is an OAuth handshake. You sign into the processor you already have, approve MenuDock, and the location starts taking payments. No new contracts with MenuDock for the money side.

No commission

You pay your card processor's normal rate, whether that is Stripe, Square or PayPal, plus your MenuDock subscription. Nothing per order from us, and no marketplace cut.

Refunds and disputes

Refunding an order is one tap from the order page. The refund goes back to the same card. If a customer disputes a payment, your card processor handles it like any other dispute, and we surface the chargeback in the admin so you do not miss it.

Plan availability — Stripe, Square and PayPal all connect on every plan, with payouts going straight to your own account. Reporting exports come in on Pro.
