Online ordering that belongs to your restaurant

A branded ordering site for dine-in, collection and delivery. Stripe takes the payment, the kitchen tablet pings, and the customer ends up on your email list instead of a marketplace's.

Your dining room, online, without the marketplace tax

Independent restaurants in the UK lose 18% to 30% of the bill the moment an order comes through a marketplace. MenuDock sits on your own domain, takes the card through Stripe, and charges nothing per order. The customer's name, email and order history live in your admin, not behind a paywall.

Dine-in QR and collection on the same menu

Every table can have its own QR code. The customer scans, orders and pays without flagging down a waiter. Walk-in collection works on the same menu, with configurable slot windows and a cap on how many tickets a slot can hold. The kitchen tablet shows the table number or the slot time so nothing gets confused at the pass.

Service hours, seasonal menus, dietary tags

Lunch and dinner, separately

Different menus, different prices, different hours. Sunday roast can disappear at 4pm without a staff member touching the admin.

Seasonal items, no spreadsheets

Tag a product as seasonal and schedule its dates. It shows up on the storefront on the right week and goes away on its own.

Allergen and dietary fields

Natasha's Law fields per product. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free flags surface on the storefront and on the kitchen ticket.

Service charge, your way

Optional service charge per order, configurable per service. Show it on the receipt, pay your team properly.

Booking-friendly

Run pre-order for a set timed reservation. Useful for groups, set menus and tasting nights.

Multi-language storefront

English, Turkish and French ship out of the box, with more on the way. Tourists order in their language without help from a server.

A typical Sunday service

  1. 01

A regular opens your site from her phone, picks a Sunday roast and pays with Apple Pay.

  2. 02

Stripe confirms the card in under a second. Your kitchen tablet pings with the order and a 12:45 collection time.

  3. 03

The order pushes into your Square till so the day's report covers online and walk-in together.

  4. 04

She gets a "ready" text and walks in to collect. Her email is on your list for next week's special.

Common questions

  • Do I need a Stripe account before I sign up?

No. You connect Stripe during onboarding and it usually takes ten minutes. Your payouts go straight to your own bank — MenuDock never holds the money.

  • Can I run dine-in QR ordering at the table?

Yes. Each table gets its own QR pointing to the same menu, and the order arrives on the kitchen tablet tagged with the table number. You can disable card payment for dine-in if you prefer staff to take payment at the till.

  • What happens to walk-in orders my staff take at the till?

Those keep going through your existing POS. MenuDock is the online layer, so the till is still your till. If you use Square or EposNow, online orders push into the same daily report.

  • Can I close the storefront when the kitchen is full?

Yes. Opening hours run per day, and there is a manual "pause new orders" switch for the moments you need it. Anything already paid stays on the tablet.

  • What about allergens and dietary tags?

Each product carries Natasha's Law fields and dietary flags (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free). They show up on the storefront and on the printed order ticket.

  • Can I sell vouchers or gift cards?

Not yet. Discount codes and percentage promotions are live today; vouchers are on the roadmap.

  • What happens if my internet drops mid-service?

Existing orders stay on the tablet because they were already paid. New orders queue on the storefront and land the moment you reconnect. Card processing is handled by Stripe, not by your local network.

  • Can I customise the look to match my restaurant?

Yes. Logo, colours, fonts, hero photography, theme — all editable in the admin. Two themes ship out of the box and we are adding more.
