The Customers page is the list of everyone who has created an account with your store. It's your basic CRM: a record of your registered customers, with a profile for each one that pulls together their details and their order history. Open the Customers page
Click Customers in the sidebar. The page lists your registered customers, newest first, with these columns:
- Name — the customer's name, shown with a small coloured initial. If they signed up without giving a name, you'll see No name in its place.
- Email — the address on their account.
- Phone — their phone number, or a dash if they didn't add one.
- Registered — the date they created their account.
The right-hand column has a view icon that opens the customer's full profile.
Search for a customer
Use the search box above the table to find someone by name or email. Type a few letters and press Search; the list narrows to matching customers. Press Clear to drop the filter and see everyone again. If nothing matches, you'll get a No results message.
Open a profile
Click the view icon on any row to open that customer's profile. The profile shows their name, email, phone and registration date, a few headline stats (total orders, total spend, last order), and the full list of orders they've placed. Customer order history walks through that page in detail.
Only registered customers appear here
This is the important one to understand: the Customers page lists registered customers only, the people who created an account. Anyone who checked out as a guest placed a real, paid order, but without an account they have no profile, so they won't show up here.
That's just how guest checkout works, not a problem with your store. If you're hunting for someone who ordered but can't find them on this page, they almost certainly ordered as a guest. Search the Orders page by their email instead, where every order lives regardless of how the customer checked out.
