The History tab is for looking back at orders that have already gone through. You pick a day, then either read through that day's orders or see a totals breakdown. This article covers both.
Pick a day
The History tab opens on a calendar covering roughly the last month. Tap a date to load that day's orders. The day you choose stays selected while you switch between the two views below.
Orders and Totals
For the day you've picked, you can toggle between two views:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Orders | A list of every order placed on that day, which you can tap into for the detail. |
| Totals | A summary for the day: takings by payment method, by order type (collection or delivery), and by time. |
Use Orders when you want to check a specific order, and Totals for a quick read on how the day went without doing the maths yourself.
How this differs from live orders
The History tab is read-only: it's a record, not a worklist. Live orders that still need action stay on the Orders tab. Once an order is completed or cancelled, it's the History tab where you'll find it again.
For deeper trends across weeks and months (best sellers, busiest hours, revenue charts), use the analytics in the web admin panel rather than the app.
