The MenuDock restaurant app puts your live orders on a phone or tablet at the counter or in the kitchen. It uses the same login as your web admin panel, so there is no separate account to set up. This article covers downloading the app and signing in for the first time.
Download the app
The MenuDock restaurant app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad:
Or search for MenuDock Admin in the App Store. Once it's installed, open it and you'll land on the sign-in screen.
You sign in with the same details you use for the web admin panel.
- Enter your email and password, then tap to sign in.
- Or tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple if that's how you set up your admin account.

If your account is set up with Google or Apple sign-in on the web, use the same button here. Mixing the two (an email/password attempt on a Google account, say) won't get you in.
The app is for owners, managers and counter or kitchen staff. A viewer-only account can sign in to the web panel but not the app, since the app is built around acting on orders.
First launch with more than one branch
If your account covers a single branch, the app opens straight to the orders screen.
If you run more than one branch, the app asks you to pick which one you want to work in. Choose the branch and its live orders load. You can switch later from the location chip at the top of the screen without signing out. See Switch between branches.
When this matters
You only sign in once. The app keeps you signed in between sessions, so the next time you open it you go straight to your orders. If you sign out, or your account changes on the web side, you'll be asked to sign in again.
