Sliders are the promotional banners that sit at the top of your storefront, above the menu. Use them for offers, new dishes or seasonal news. You can schedule when each one goes live, link it to a destination, and turn it on or off whenever you like. This article covers adding, editing and ordering them.
Add a slider
- In the sidebar, open Sliders. This is the Sliders page, where all your banners are listed.
- Press Add slider (top right). You land on New Slider.
- Upload a Desktop image. This one is required. Tablet and mobile images are optional, and if you leave them empty the desktop image is used everywhere. Max 2 MB per image, JPG, PNG or WebP.
- Optionally add a Link URL. When set, the slider opens that address in a new tab when a customer taps it.
- Optionally set a Start date and End date to schedule the banner (see below).
- Leave Active on so the slider can show, then press Create slider.

Recommended sizes are shown under each uploader: roughly 1920×400 for desktop, 1024×400 for tablet and 640×400 for mobile.
Schedule when a slider runs
The Start date and End date fields control when a banner is live:
- Leave Start date empty to publish straight away, or set a future date and time to schedule it.
- Leave End date empty to keep it live indefinitely, or set a date for it to expire. The end must be after the start.
On the Sliders list each banner carries a status badge so you can see at a glance where it stands:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Live | Active and within its schedule |
| Scheduled | Active but the start date hasn't arrived yet |
| Expired | Past its end date |
| Disabled | Switched off |
Manage existing sliders
On the Sliders page, each row shows the banner thumbnail, its status, the schedule, and the link (or "No link"). The buttons on the right let you:
- Enable / Disable — flip the slider on or off without deleting it.
- Edit — change the images, link or schedule.
- Delete — remove it for good.

Where sliders show on the storefront
Live sliders appear as a banner near the top of your storefront, below the header. When more than one is live, the storefront rotates through them automatically every few seconds, and customers can tap the dots underneath to jump between them. A slider with a link is clickable; one without simply displays.
Showing sliders at specific branches (Business plan)
If you're on the Business plan with more than one location, the slider form gains a Shown at locations section. By default a slider shows at every location. Turn on Restrict to specific locations to pick the branches it should appear at. On a single-location store this section doesn't appear and every slider shows everywhere.
When to change this
Add a slider for a limited offer and set an end date so it clears itself when the promotion finishes. Disable rather than delete a banner you expect to reuse, so you can bring it back without re-uploading the images.
