Your logo is the first thing customers see at the top of your storefront. MenuDock also reuses it on receipts and on the emails it sends out. This article shows you where to upload it and where it turns up.
Where to upload it
- In the sidebar, open Settings → Appearance. This is the Appearance page.
- The first card is Storefront branding. The round logo holder sits at the top, under Your logo.
- Click the round holder (or the Upload new button beside it) and pick an image. MenuDock accepts JPG, PNG or WebP.
- The preview updates straight away. Press Save changes at the bottom to keep it.

To swap the logo later, upload a new file over the top. To clear it, press Remove, then Save changes.
Where your logo appears
Once saved, the logo shows up in three places:
- Storefront header — top left, next to your store name, on every page of your storefront.
- Receipts — the kitchen and counter receipts staff print from an order.
- Emails — the order confirmation and other transactional emails customers receive.

If you don't upload a logo, the header falls back to your store name in text. Nothing breaks; it just looks plainer.
Picking a good file
- A square or near-square image sits best in the round header holder.
- Use a transparent PNG or WebP if your logo has an awkward background, so it blends with the header.
- Keep the file reasonably small. A logo doesn't need to be a huge photo, and a lighter file loads faster on a customer's phone.
When to change this
Update your logo when you rebrand, when you have a sharper version of your mark, or when the current one looks blurry on larger screens. The change applies to all your branches at once.
