The Customers & Delivery page shows who's ordering, how often they come back, who your biggest spenders are, and how people receive their food. If you deliver, it also tells you which postcodes order the most. Use it to judge loyalty and to see where your delivery demand sits.
Analytics is open to owners and managers only.
Open the Customers & Delivery page
- In the admin sidebar, open Analytics.
- Select Customers & Delivery.
The date range picker and Compare toggle apply, and multi-branch tenants can scope to one branch or All locations.

The KPI cards
Customers are identified by email, so a guest who orders twice under the same email is treated as one customer.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Unique customers | Distinct customer emails that placed a non-cancelled order in the range. |
| New | Customers whose first-ever order for you falls in this range. |
| Returning | Customers in this range who had ordered before the range started. |
| Repeat rate | Returning customers as a percentage of unique customers. |
| Avg. spend per customer | Gross sales divided by the number of unique customers. |
New vs. returning is judged against your whole order history, not just the range, so "returning" genuinely means they'd ordered before, not that they ordered twice this week.
Top customers
The Top customers table ranks your highest spenders in the range, with their order count, total spent, average order value, and the date of their last order. Guests with no name show as "Guest" against their email. It's a quick way to spot regulars worth looking after.
Delivery vs. collection
The Order type breakdown panel splits the range into Delivery and Collection, showing orders, revenue and average order value for each. It's the clearest read on whether your trade leans towards people coming in or food going out, which feeds decisions about delivery zones and staffing.
Top delivery postcodes
The Top delivery postcodes table lists where your delivery orders go, ranked by revenue. It groups by the outward part of the UK postcode (the bit before the space, for example SE15), so nearby streets fold together into a useful area view. Only delivery orders that carried a postcode appear; collection orders are not counted here.
This is good input for setting or adjusting your delivery zones, and for spotting an area that orders a lot but sits just outside your current range.
Export to CSV
Download CSV exports the customer table for the current range (name, email, orders, total spent, average order value, last order date). CSV export is a Pro and Business feature; on Starter the button is disabled. See Reports and CSV export.
When to change this
Nothing here is a setting. If the postcode table is empty but you do deliver, check that your checkout is capturing delivery addresses, since the table is built from the postcode on each delivery order.

Need a hand?
If repeat rate looks low, remember it only counts customers who ordered again, identified by the same email, so guests who use different emails each time will read as new. Email support@menudock.co.uk with your store name if the figures still look off.
