If you run more than one branch, the same dish doesn't always cost the same or sell at the same pace everywhere. Location overrides let you change a product's price, availability and stock status for one branch without touching the others. This article shows you how, on a product's Location overrides tab.
Before you start
Location overrides are a Business plan feature, and the tab only appears once you have two or more active locations set up. On Starter or Pro, or with a single location, you won't see it, because there's nothing to override against. See Multiple locations for setting branches up.
Set an override
- Open the product from Catalog → Product and select the Location overrides tab.
- Each branch has its own row. Change only what's different at that branch:
- Price override: type a branch-specific price. Leave it empty and the branch uses the brand price (the form reminds you what that is).
- Availability: switch a product off at one branch while it stays on elsewhere.
- Stock status: set it to Available, Sold out or Unavailable for that branch, or leave it on No override to follow the brand default.
- Press Save overrides.
How the defaults work
Anything you leave blank or set to "No override" falls back to the brand-level values from the Details and Variants tabs. So you only fill in the rows and fields that actually differ. A row left untouched behaves exactly as the product does everywhere else, which keeps the table readable when only one branch is the exception.
Products with variants
If the product has variants, you'll also see per-branch overrides for each variant below the product row. That means the Large can be sold out in Camden while every size stays available in Manchester. The same blank-means-default rule applies.

Set an override but it's not showing on the storefront for that branch? Make sure you pressed Save overrides, and that the customer is actually viewing that location's menu.
