The Integrations area is where you link MenuDock to the outside services that make your store work: the company that takes your card payments, the system that sends your emails, and a till (POS) system if you run one. This article explains what lives there, what's set up elsewhere, and how to find each piece.
Where to find it
Open Integrations from the admin sidebar. It's a top-level item, not buried under Settings. If you run more than one branch, the page reads the branch you currently have selected in the location switcher, so set that first when a connection is branch-specific.

The page is split into sections, each a grid of cards. A card shows the service name, a status badge, and the buttons to connect, switch or disconnect.
What you can connect here
Payment providers. Stripe, Square and PayPal each have a card. You connect one so customers can pay by card at checkout, with the money going into your own account. Only one provider takes payments at a time. Card payments are on every plan, so there's no upgrade needed. Setup is covered in its own articles.
Email providers. By default MenuDock sends your transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts) for you. If you'd rather send through your own provider, such as your own SMTP server, Brevo, Mailgun or SendGrid, you connect it here and pick which one is active.
POS (till) systems. This section lists till systems MenuDock can sync with, such as Square. The point of a POS link is to pull your menu items into MenuDock and push new online orders onto your till. POS connections are a Business plan feature. See the Square POS article for what syncs and what's still being rolled out.
What is set up elsewhere
A couple of things people expect to find here actually live in other parts of the admin panel:
- Your custom domain (like
order.yourrestaurant.com) is under Settings → Domain, not Integrations. It's a Pro and Business feature. See Connect a custom domain. - Customer social login (the "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Apple" buttons on your storefront) is managed by the MenuDock platform for everyone. There's no switch for it on your side. See Let customers sign in with Google or Apple.
Reading the status badges
Each card carries a badge so you can see where it stands at a glance, for example Not connected, Connected, or Active for the provider currently in use. The exact words differ by service, and each connect article explains its own. A service that isn't ready to connect yet shows a "coming soon" label instead of a connect button.

If a connection won't complete, the matching article for that service has a troubleshooting note at the bottom. If you're still stuck, email us at support@menudock.co.uk with your store name and which service you were connecting.
