Plan comparison: Starter, Pro and Business

Starter, Pro and Business compared: prices and which features are included on each plan.

Published June 2, 2026

MenuDock has three plans. They all take orders and card payments from day one; what changes between them is the extras. This article is the reference for who gets what, so other help pages link back here rather than repeat the table. There's no free trial: you pick a plan, pay, and use it. You can change plan whenever you like.

Prices

Plan Price Best for
Starter £25 / month Restaurants just starting to take orders online.
Pro £49 / month Busier kitchens that want their own domain and brand.
Business £99 / month More than one site, or a POS to sync.

Prices are per store, billed monthly, with no per-order commission. The card processor (Stripe, Square or PayPal) may take its own fee, but MenuDock doesn't add one.

The MenuDock pricing page showing the three plans side by side — Starter at £25 a month, Pro at £49 a month marked Most popular, and Business at £99 a month — each with its price and feature list.

The split in one sentence: Starter runs your branded storefront and takes orders; Pro adds your own domain, wallet payments and reporting; Business adds POS sync, multiple branches and custom email templates.

Where the lines fall

  • Taking orders is on every plan. A branded storefront with your choice of theme, an unlimited menu and card payments come with Starter, so your ability to take money never depends on your tier. Pick your storefront theme on any plan from Appearance in the admin.
  • Your own domain and wallet payments start on Pro. That covers your own domain like yourrestaurant.com, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and reporting with CSV export. See Apple Pay and Google Pay, Custom domain setup and Sales and reports.
  • POS sync and multiple locations are Business only. Connecting a till system (Square, EposNow) and running more than one branch both need Business. Business also adds branded email templates and priority support.

Locations

Starter and Pro are single-location plans. Business includes 3 locations and you can add more for £30 / month each. The location concept is hidden entirely on Starter and Pro, so you won't see branch switchers or per-location settings until you're on Business. Full detail in Location limits and extra branches.

Changing plan

You can move up or down whenever you want. Upgrades switch the new features on as soon as payment clears; downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid period and may turn features off. Your menu, orders and customers are never deleted by a plan change.
